Covers structural defects in the aluminum frame under normal use. Excludes damage caused by human action, extreme weather events beyond rated specifications, or improper installation.
Year 1: full replacement including shipping. Years 2–3: replacement unit provided; customer covers shipping costs.
Covers defects in the electronic control system under normal operating conditions.
Standard fabric warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
Extended warranty for premium Serge Ferrari fabric selections, covering material and workmanship defects.
All warranty periods begin at the date of order.
Lifetime support is available for all Pergolaus products. After the warranty period, the customer covers shipping costs for replacement parts.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require photographic documentation.
